Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to NUTRIALANIS LIMITED.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Item delivered is damaged

• Wrong item was shipped

• Item significantly differs from description

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Minor cosmetic or printing variations

• Damage caused after delivery

3. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Return Shipping

If the issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
